Founder & Owner
Dr. Tilak Silva – A fully qualified MBBS medical doctor with postgraduate qualifications and extensive experience in the public and private health sectors in Sri Lanka and abroad has determined to take on the challenge of offering an exceptional elder care service in Sri Lanka, in addition to his successful medical career in general medicine.
- Studied at Maris Stella College, Negombo and D.S.Senanayake College, Colombo primary and secondary education respectively
- Graduated with MBBS in 1991 and joined the Health Services Department of Sri Lanka and worked as a Medical Doctor in Chilaw and Negombo hospitals,subsequently. During that period, gained vast experiencein different medical and surgical departments
- Obtained Post Graduate qualifications in Family Medicine and General Medical practice from Post Graduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo
- Entered into full-time practice in Medicine from year 2000 in Jude Medicare –Seeduwa
- Holding high posts in different academic bodies, such as:
-Independent Medical Practitioners Association,
-College of the General Practitioners Association
-Respiratory Group of Doctors in Sri Lanka etc. - As an active member of the Lion’s Club, lots of social /health programmes are conducted in the community for the needy
- Married to Shymali and blessed with three children who are pursuing their higher education in Sri Lanka and abroad

Mrs. Jayasooriya has a charming attitude and is committed to providing the greatest daily living for the elderly. She has extensive management expertise in a variety of businesses, both domestically and abroad. She lives at our home full-time with the elderly residents, dedicating her life to the efficient operation of this project and the provision of a warm environment for seniors.
Dedicated full-time caregiver with extensive expertise, a warm attitude, and compassion for all the residents of this home. With her unwavering commitment to the job at hand and a pleasant personality, she is always prepared to provide all the seniors in this facility with sensitive loving care. Her assistance is a priceless asset and the primary factor in the success of this initiative. She is loved and cherished by all of the residents at our home.
